Get Fit is Back!
The Valdosta-Lowndes Metro Section of NCNW is excited to relaunch Get Fit, our ongoing wellness initiative focused on movement, consistency, and community accountability.
Join us for a rotating series of Zumba and Line Dancing sessions designed to support healthy lifestyles in a fun, welcoming environment. These classes are open to all fitness levels and encourage participants to prioritize their health while connecting with others in the community.
February is a special Heart Health edition in recognition of American Heart Association Heart Health Month.
The first 15 minutes of the February session will include important heart health information and awareness, followed by a high-energy Zumba workout focused on cardiovascular wellness.
